Legal Agreements
Effective Date: 22 February 2026
This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Visawala Document Clearing Services Co. L.L.C. (License No. 1466879) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the user (“you” or “User”), governing your access to and use of thevisawala.com (the “Site”) and related services (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies.
Changes to Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and Services.
Eligibility and Authority
To use the Site and Services, you represent that you:
Are at least 18 years old
Are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
Are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
If acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. If not, you accept personal liability under this Agreement.
Nature of Service
The Company provides administrative assistance and document support services for UAE visa applications. We are not a government authority and do not issue visas. All approvals or rejections are determined solely by UAE Immigration Authorities.
Data Transfer
By using the Site from outside the UAE, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information across international borders where our servers or service providers operate.
Site Availability
We aim for continuous availability but the Site or Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
Third‑party contractors or providers may perform parts of the Services.
User Conduct
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement. You may not use the Site or Services for:
Fraud or criminal activity
Child exploitation
Terrorism or violent activity
Spamming, hacking, or malware distribution
Intellectual property infringement
Privacy violations
Uploading false or misleading information
You may not copy, resell, reverse‑engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without written permission.
We may request identity verification, including government‑issued identification.
Phone communications related to service may be recorded for quality, security, and dispute resolution purposes where permitted by law.
Reservation of Rights
We may suspend or terminate services without notice for reasons including:
Fraud prevention
Legal compliance
Court or law enforcement requests
Protection of Company staff or systems
Abuse or harassment of staff
Third‑Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Fees and Payments
Accepted payment method: card payment via approved payment gateway.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. In case of failed payments or disputes, we may:
Cancel services
Recover unpaid fees through lawful means
Charge administrative or processing fees related to chargebacks or violations
Payments may be processed in USD or another supported currency. Exchange rate differences or bank charges may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from:
Visa rejection or delay
Third‑party actions
Service interruption
Unauthorized access to data
Viruses or malware
Travel losses or expenses
Our total financial liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service involved in the claim.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Site or Services
Violation of this Agreement
Violation of third‑party rights
Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction when using the Site. We do not guarantee that the Services are appropriate or lawful in every country.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
