By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

1. Nature of Service

thevisawala.com is a privately owned visa assistance and document support platform.

We are not affiliated with the UAE Government, ICA, GDRFA, any embassy, or any official immigration authority.

Our services include:

  • Preparing visa applications

  • Checking documents

  • Submitting applications on behalf of clients

  • Providing status updates

Important:

  • We do not issue visas

  • We cannot guarantee visa approval

  • Visa approval or rejection is decided only by UAE Immigration Authorities

  • Our service fees are separate from official government visa fees

  • Users may apply directly through official government channels without using our services

2. User Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • Passport is an ordinary passport

  • Passport meets UAE validity requirements

  • Uploaded documents are clear and genuine

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect passport number

  • Wrong nationality or personal details

  • Unreadable documents

  • Expired passport

  • Incorrect travel dates

3. Processing Time

All processing times displayed on the website are estimates only.

Processing begins only after full payment and complete documents are received.

UAE Immigration working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Express processing starts from 09:00 AM UAE time on the next working day.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Immigration verification

  • Security checks

  • Public holidays

  • High application volume

We do not guarantee approval within any specific time.

4. Express Visa Service

If express service is selected, your application is prioritized for submission. However, final approval speed depends entirely on immigration authorities.

If delay occurs due to our internal processing failure, only the express service fee will be refunded. Standard visa fee remains non-refundable.

5. Travel Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Flight cancellation

  • Hotel booking losses

  • Travel rescheduling

  • Airline denied boarding

  • Refusal of entry by immigration

Applicants are advised not to book tickets before visa approval.

6. Pricing Policy

Prices may change due to:

  • Government fee updates

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Regulatory changes

Final price is confirmed at order acceptance.

7. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Online payment gateways

Payments are subject to card authorization. If authorization fails, the application will not be processed.

8. Refund Policy

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of UAE Immigration Authorities.

  • Visa rejection: No refund

  • Service fee: Non-refundable once application is submitted

If incorrect information or documents are provided by the applicant, a processing fee  will be deducted from any eligible refund.

For express service delays caused by our internal processing error, only the express processing fee will be refunded. Government and visa fees remain non-refundable.

9. Cancellation Policy

Before submission: cancellation may be requested and a partial refund may be issued after service charge deduction.

After submission: no cancellation and no refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Visawala Document Clearing Services Co. L.L.C. shall not be liable for:

  • Visa rejection

  • Immigration refusal

  • Overstay fines

  • Deportation

  • Airline refusal to board

  • Government rule changes

Our role is administrative assistance only.

11. Website Misuse

You agree not to:

  • Upload false documents

  • Attempt fraud

  • Misuse the platform

  • Interfere with system operations

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service without notice if fraud is suspected.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
